Forgot to mention that the general public is not allowed with very few exceptions to get a free PCR test since last week and rapid test wil' only be readily available starting next week

BTW Quebec has no control as to who can cross the border...Its stricly a Federal jurisdiction
However the pandemic puts a limelight on the the deficiencies of the hospital system in Quebec.The system is overwhelmed with less than 3000 beds occupied by Covid Patients and elective surgery and other urgent procedures have been cut in half.
The total population of Quebec is 8.5 million people.

At the moment cinemas restaurant dining rooms ,places of worship are all on lock down and there is a 10 PM curfew!!! Moreover all grocery stores and other stores except gas stations and drugstores and convenience stores are closed on Sundays.Schools are also closed!!!
Nothing to be proud of!!!
