Algernon is bragging that a company has a low float after a consolidation, That it has 4 trials for while it has no patents for and is not funded for. Management has a history of under market raises with a full Warrant, they need to pay those large wages. This guy who ever he is, is not looking out for shareholders and prob owns as little shares as management
