The basic issue is that TRUST IS GONE

And there is NO CONFIDENCE  in Vlad /PALA or the people working there:!!

I suspect that. Most believe that NCU is undervalued HOWEVER the lack of TRUST  is killing. NCU!

SELL NCU 

and RETIRE
