IfWe'll see if you are correct, as this CEO apparently said the Oman project will be announced in January.  If you think about it, it would be impossible not to make a statement, as it's been worked on, and presumably finished. They are actually legally required to do so, and aren't.  If there were shorts as you say they would be or would have covered.  Which would actually be reflected in the opposite manner we are seeing.  Insiders woould also be showing interest as with so many countires involved this would not be the great secret it is.  There is zero interest here.  It is more than suspicious.  This will soon vet itself out.  There will be proof, or not. 21 days.  I'm curious.
