TA, if you want to use it, ought to be taken in context. Here, we have had a clear rotation out of growth stocks and into value stocks, and that has been occuring since February, 2021, so close to a year now. WELL is in the category of a growth stock, and it has also been suggested that it is a "COVID" stock. That is what is behind the chart. And anyone who wants to follow the chart should be aware of these superficial factors driving the price down. You can then think for yourself and acknowledge that WELL is more than a COVID stock and that the rotation from growth stocks to value stocks will end at some point, and in any event, does not mean that everyone who holds a so called "growth" stock needs to sell his company. That would be like someone who owned a CONDO in Toronto and reads that CONDOs are out of favour and decides that he therefore needs to sell his CONDO.
Investing is necessarily about predicting the future and each of us has our favoured means of doing that.
