Thats pure BS. There are 65 million shares outstanding and no more than a half million change hands on any given day. That is in no way a reflection of the long term shareholder's view of the company and only the machinations of algos trading on sector and exchange weakness. Its precisely how this can move from $3.50 to almost $6 inside of a week on a purchase rumour and then sell just as fast.
