It certainly seems like Roger needs to be pushed out, he doesn't seem to understand just how disliked he is by investors. Roger has zero plan and xant execute any deal that adds shareholder value... Roger also has very little skin in the game....He needs to Go ASAP. $UEX $SPROTT
