RE:IMO a NO will lead to big $$$ damages as there is INTENTHey 500KSalmon:
First of all, thanks for taking the time to send that email to the BC gov last year. It was content rich. It's always a little frustrating when you get blown off in the response by the statement from the regional director that the very low tax numbers were provided by BKM when we all know that is completely wrong. I guess there is a lot of cya going on here knowing how sensitive this file is. You made your point in the email very effectively and I assume John and Ruth have subsequently clarified in correspondence what more accurate tax numbers would look like.  I suspect those numbers will be close to your projections.
Like you, I am very optimistic the EAO permit will be granted this month (by January 21st to be precise - my private projection).  Otherwise, our litigation lawyers will be making hefty fees in response to a negative outcome. Hopefully BKM management and board never have to go there.
The very best to all you patient shareholders. Trusting you are all richly rewarded for hanging in there.
