Nighttrade with all due respect you are the one who should do some DD. The whole point of the cell pouch is to create an environment that eliminates anti rejection drugs. Do you think it's magically going to happen without any dosing or proving efficacy and safety? This is the first step and was very successful, especially when compared to peers. Technical optimizations to the pouch will increase capacity and you will start to see patients getting closer to full insulin independence without the 3rd injection. Once the groundwork is in, you move onto immunosuppression.
