I have been wanting to pen this for a while now... I think today is the time because I have been hearing a lot about the management and BOD of UEX, and Roger in particular) not owning much of the company.
 
You have to understand the history of UEX before you start bashing. Mangoe knows all about this since they have been around since then. ;)

I don't think NCF has been around this long.....
