I know what you're saying and I wasn't looking for advice on if I should sell or not. You're also right in that selling is the hardest part. 

I'm going to watch the stock and if I don't see any moves up in the next little while I will start selling. I'm hoping to see a bounce but I have been wrong a lot lately.
