RE:RE:What is needed is news.We already re-traced after the $200M USD contract annoucement and bounced back up.  Another significant contract will validate all the work Buck and the team has done and that could put the stock on a sustained run given the low valuation.

Traders will go for the pennies and may miss the next move up.
