A TSX up list will provide credibility and public exposure, both of which we need right now. Financial media and analysts considerably give more attention to TSX listed companies. It won't fix everything but agree increased liquidity and higher visibility will help. Nasdaq listing would definitely be the best case, but I will take the TSX for now.
