Company call

Company callThe last thing we discussed was expectations. I was very happy to here that there is an understanding inside NL solutions that going forward the company needs to do a Much better job meeting expectations. That upto this point they haven't always done a good enough of a job and this has contributed to a lowering of moral for some investors and has contributed to lower sentiment towards the brand. Again. At least they are aware and learning so this was a solid positive for me. It was also brought up that the managing of expectations needs to get better. How the narrative being created should be realistic and attainable. Lofty and unrealistic goals undoubtedly create expectations that can't be meet and do more harm than good. That's why people like Soopyspoon73 (my example not his) are not just harmlessly pumping the brand and embarrassing himself. It provides a recordable example of a target that gets missed by 100 miles; and then when there is Actual solid good news to be excited about it's like the boy who cried wolf and additional skepticism washes over progress that IS being made. Thank you
