RE:Master plan news coming I feel it Totally agree with you. In the past, when management has been quiet for an extended period, they have been busy cooking up a big deal for shareholders. Before CRH, things were quiet. Same as before MyHealth. Surely, with nearly $100MM in the bank, the effectively infinite pool of capital from Li Ka Shing's investment arm, the $500MM base shelf and access to further debt via increase of the revolving credit line, Hamed and company may be looking to gobble up the biggest acquisition to date. Perhaps they will surprise us with a big US clinic acquisition, taking the infrastructure at a low multiple and splashing their digital/tech signature all over it to improve service and drive efficiencies. If they do a monster acquisition, say $1Bn for 200-300 clinics, that can easily take revenues to $1Bn+. The beauty of the omni-channel approach is that people need both telehealth (for convenience) and clinics (for context). You can't watch a Youtube DIY video on how to remove a hameroid, got to go into a clinic for that. This may be a funny example, but the business is no joke. Serious momentum, not "technical momentum" but serious business momentum.
What are potential targets in US general and specialty clinics and telehealth? Are diagnostics/testing clinics an option?
In Canada, what about LifeLabs?
