Toward the end of every

Toward the end of everyquarterly/annual MD&A and financial statememts filed on sedar with osc by publicly traded mining companies on a canadian exchange is a section that detail any "Related Party Transactions". Decochib, a foreign corporation domiciled in an english tax haven is controlled/related to Abcourt director normand hinse and Abcourt corp secretary jasmine hinse. For years Abcourt has been paying Decochib both cash and physical gold on a regular basis. Unless i am overlooking some important detail, normand and jasmine should have disclosed their ownership interest in Decochib in every ABI quarterly and annual filing with ontario securities commission for probably the last 10 years or more. Abcourt sedar regulatory filings are in the French language so perhaps when i read them using my french dictionary i overlooked something which is why i humbly ask investors on this blog to point out to me where exactly i can find Normand and jasmine related party transaction disclosures concerning Decochib. I am always learning and appreciate your help.
