This statement makes sense, so the question is why did Toby announced this publicly 2 years ago? Most of real estate developments were just in the planning stages only, nothing has broken ground yet. If this spinning off idea won't happen until the very distant future, wouldn't it be just a "dream"? So why have a NR about a dream?
