RE:DefianceMarket volatility and fears over interest rates are overdone. Will hopefully improve upon disposals of retail and office properties and continued industrial acquisitions.

If private investors are acquiring big 6 industrial at sub 3 cap rate I am okay with suburb 5 cap and wait. Private market is hot and continuing with transactions and it is the vast majority of commercial real estate.
