Further to my scepticism regarding the ability of Oceana to show a 2022 profit of almost $ 1/4 Billion as per Scotia's forecast,  I would direct you to consider the  Q3 report of Agnico Eagle. That company is correctly held in high regard as an efficient operator.

In Q3 2021, Agnico produced 523,000 oz, approximately equal to the 2022 production forecast for Oceana. In Q3, Agnico reported an adjusted net income of US$145 million, after this that and the other extraordinary expense, profit of about $114.5 million.

To suggest that a serial cowpat stepper like Oceana is going to do in a YEAR about double the profit of an industry leader in a Q, shows you ....
