RE:RE:Thomvest Asset ManagementStructured Alpha Lp SALP was acting for Thomvest with Thomvests money. In case of lost in her investment Thomvest would have the rights to ask for tax losses even if the investment was done through Cyman's afiliated company. That's my thought.
