Now to business , JCash as an insider in the Real estate business , your thesis seems appropriate , that assuming you think all shareholders are working or rich and had lots of spare coin , just sitting there to invest. Ever occur to you that many are retired , have what they have and don't have that excess cash to keep averaging down for your so called opportunities. Maybe they don't want to sell a winner to put into a loser ,as they don't have the time left or income to make a bet. One day you will join that crowd and you may not be so flippant , but naturally you probably figure you will be a millionaire Good luck with that one
