The investment properties of the Company are separated into three operating segments: Fort McMurray Properties, Other Investment Properties, and Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties. Fort McMurray Properties includes eight properties. Other Investment Properties include two properties. Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties includes sold properties: five properties. The property portfolio of the Company consists of approximately 11 rental properties, encompassing 10 multi-unit residential properties, including the unsold condominium units at Lakewood Townhome.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SECOND ADJOURNMENTAnother possible tool available to the company is the use of either warrants or rights as part of an equity recapitalization.

Maybe as part of the recapitalization or restructuring the company can issue exchangeable warrrants or rights to debentureholders. That way holders can participate or sell them, and sweeten the bitter taste of significant capital loss over the years.

But to do this, the company needs to get its act together. It is going to be a major undertaking. 

The company has a lot of potential under the right set of circumstances.
