Hudbay Minerals Inc. is a copper-focused mining company. The Company has operations and pipeline of copper growth projects in tier-one mining-friendly jurisdictions of Canada, Peru, and the United States. The Company’s operating portfolio includes the Constancia mine in Cusco (Peru), the Snow Lake operations in Manitoba (Canada) and the Copper Mountain mine in British Columbia (Canada). RE:9th circuit caseI have been watching, nothing yet...

I put it at a 50-50, the market has already priced in a negative response... Even if they win it will not be the end as it would be appealed either way.

I am of the opinion that a positive result will help the copper world direction for HBM becuase some of the minerals in copper world leak into federal lands and with their land package the argument they are making will not be an issue as they can use their private land to store the mine waste (in an environmentally friendly way)...

Soon though it is almost a year from the hearing…
