Like I said Luc, Quebeckers.
Lets get some other ppl from other geographies involved like some google worthy US guys or European based individuals.
As far as Quebec being the best place in the world—this is highly arguable.
Ontario is superior and Toronto is a world class city.
Lets agree to disagree on this point.
