WCS will get a better value if it is exported out of Pacific to infrastructure starved places in Asia . Lol ,they need tar to make petrochemicals, build roads, bitumen coat bridges and other infrastructure . All Oil used is not for fuel and WCS might trade at par/premium to WTI after TMX opens up in 2023.
