RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Congress wants to cut Iran oil to China....India is building infrastructure like crazy and roads are tarred up.
They are eyeball to eyeball with china in the himalayas and they are developing Roads and infrastructure there . So all in , more and more bitumen/tar is needed .
It is pretty cheap to ship it via the Pacific to Asian ports , probably going to see a premium for WCS considering its use infrastructure building .
