I'm involved in almost every facet of this business and aware of price volatility when it comes to leasing and purchase. I'm blown away what tenants are willing to pay for prime industrial commercial facilities and very secure in NXR's game plan to date. Just the reality having to pay more for quality. Good management will secure quality properties at best price possible but not a lot of inexpensive industrial out there. I'm here long term. Bumps along the way are nothing but buying opportunities.
