Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the development of barium and iodine Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and offers high-performance imaging contrast agents. It also owns a 100% interest in the Frances Creek barium sulfate (barite) project, which is a rare grade mineral suitable for the pharmaceutical marketplace that is intended to replace the current synthetic products with quality imaging products.

It is mining to the extent that very high purity barite is extracted from near surface deposits. There is also a good likelihood that exploration of the property will result in more being found. Voyaguer differs from most mining in that the barite can be readily made into several pharmaceutical products. There would be no complex milling so the capex is very small. This is a no brainer and I am surprised the share price is so low.
