a 1:1 exchange, MRK for TLT? 

quite tempting, depending on the timing of such an offer and what might have transpired between now and then.  (a while back I think I mentioned dreaming of 2 MRK for 1 TLT... but hey... I'm a reasonable guy and certainly wouldn't mind starting the bidding/negotiations at 1:1.)
