Good news ... in a poorly written news release ... they really need a proper writer/communicator.

They weren't awarded a $40M contract per se, more just allowed to continue to next phase of a multi-phase contract that is worth a total of $40M.

I have a feeling more investors would come if they understood what DM is in here ... unfortunately inarticulate communications don't help.
