Philipp Morris cannot sell heat and burn products in the USA and Germany due to patent issues.

The granting of a patent to PODA in USA is HUGE NEWS. It opens up billions of dollars in possible sales in the tabacco markets. Clients want reassurance that patents are in place, to get an edge over the competition.

Poda now becomes a real takeover target for a company like Philipp Morris.

We need a POISON PILL in place.
