Hi polo22, the deal with Obsidian is still valid, so we still will get money from them. The deal with Alumina for $5 million is, however, a much better deal for the company and therefore also for the investor. Instead of getting the $5 million now we get the money when we need it and pay with shares at the stock price of that specific moment. So, when the SP increases  - I say when and not if, just to be clear - and we withdraw a certain amount of money we will pay with fewer shares than if we would withdraw the same amount of money now, resulting in less dilution of total shares out.
