RE:"Manipliuation" : Response to Notgnu

RE:"Manipliuation" : Response to Notgnu

mrmomo. Thank you for at least taking some time to respond.

Yes, I do know of many of the
possible ways a stock can be manipulated. I have been a public company director and have taken the brief, required courses in continuous public disclosure etc.

My question was a general one and yes, some of the examples given were just random prompts. I am looking for a credible, macro thesis on manipulation at NCU and one that lines up with the dates and facts on the ground. I am not saying it has or has not happened (is or is not happening) but I have heard a lot of accusations (and whining) here and yet have seen very little that is in any way logical with respect to NCU.

NCU has had both bad luck and some seeming incompetence but it is the malfeasance (or specific ideas thereof) that I am questioning.

Anyway all the best,

N

mrmomo wrote: This will be brief folks, i do not have the time nor the will to get into this discussion in detail with other investors and fully explain the complexities of HOW markets specfically individual equities are manipulated. This comes with years of experience and initimate knowledge of the mechanics at play here. Either you take my word for it OR dismiss it, your choice!

"1) Iorich's friends some unregistered entities or family connections etc"

Getting warm notgnu. As you most likely are aware by now IF you're a seasoned & experienced investor, there are many ways to circumvent regulations. The one you mention above is ONE. As i'm sure you know, not ALL insiders are registered as "insiders" and there are MANY loopholes in which those laws could be bypassed. Which means they don't have to abide by the rules which regulated their movements. Some legal, some not, some boderline.

"2) Iorich is instructing banking entities to short shares every time the price starts to move up"

One way ....Yes. Doesn't necessarily have to be Lorich only, could be many insiders. And it doesn't only include banking entities. Could be any broker, including the MM.

"3) Purposely influencing the board of directors to make decisions"

Purposely or not, intentional or otherwise, when you hold a signiifcant amount of interest in ANY asset. whether it be equities, debt, real-estate or other you WILL be tempted to interject/influence in some way, directly or not. The first part of your statement is sane, the last part not so much. As i doubt very much Pala is instructing mgmt to "throw a monkey's wrench" into their operations by damaging equipement, especially when they're paying the bills for all of it.

"Please lay out a very detailed and plausible methodology that corresponds to the manipulation thesis"

LOL, no don't think i will. What i mentioned along with an investor's own experience should be sufficient to not only understand the concept but to also accept it's blantantly ongoing in Ncu stock as well. If you think everyone is playing by the book in these markets, you might be more naive than previously thought, even though you understand the mining business quite well.

"I know it is likely you would have no specific evidence, but all I am asking is for the accusers to provide a workable scenario to discuss."

I'll only make this comment regarding the above statement. With regards to crimes being committed or laws being broken, from the most insiginificant of transgressions to the most heinous acts, If all those involved & the laws worked to prefection in a Utopic environment, ALL the criminals in world would be behind bars already. But they're not, are they?
