Wasted 2 hours trying to set up an account with Medivolve where they are supposed to send an email to you for account activation. Tried it over and over and no email arrives. Keep getting 502 Bad gateway error on their part. I attempted to go there to see if I could get some help .... That was a NO. This is the worst and they need to fix there servers. I'll have to start looking some where else for testing that have their business in order.
I had an appointment scheduled for December 31st. I wasted my time driving to Ontario Mills thinking it was an official drive-thru testing site only to find out COVID CLINIC is a mini van yet I wasted even more time trying to find it. I realized that on their site, the day I was ABLE to schedule my appointment it was closed. My question to the owner is: WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SCHEDULED FOR A CERTAIN DAY IF YOUR GOING TO BE CLOSED ??? This wasn't specified when I scheduled my appointment hence why I did it in the first place, had I known this would've been the result I would have spent my time looking else where for an official clinic.
