And what you dont understand is that you are playing with the scraps of money that are remaining from what we gave you or you have taken through private placements.

And yes of course I am embittered as is everyone here because you do not comply with the rules of a public company.   You seem to think that you dont have to comply with regulations, you dont need to provide updates, you do not need to be accountable for your PR's, and you dont need revenues apparently.

In one breath you Press Release projects of imminence:
> immediate profits
> 3 months for deal to close
> just around the corner results
> pemex oil currently being shipped for testing
> banks jumping at opportunity to give Genoil financing (no proof and never executed)

In the next breath you go on message boards and talk only about building Rome:
> investors need to be patient (for like 30 years apparently)
> giant projects take time.  (even though you havent even done 1 single small project, nothing)
> NOT needing to provide updates until something material  is worthy of a PR,  well ya nailed that on all counts.

PS ... there are no shorts (exchanges do not allow shorting of sub $1 stocks anyways.  Try it ... you cant do it.  Not just Genoil, but all of them.

You simply have the luxury of not being held accountable for any of this mess.  you can say and not do whatever you want it seems.
