HPQ Silicon Inc V.HPQ

Alternate Symbol(s):  HPQFF

HPQ Silicon Inc. (HPQ) is a Canada-based technology company specializing in green engineering of silica and silicon-based materials. The Company is engaged in developing, with the support of technology partners PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (PyroGenesis) and Novacium SAS, new green processes to make the critical materials needed to reach net zero emissions. Its activities are centered around the three pillars: becoming a green low-cost (Capex and Opex) manufacturer of Fumed Silica using the Fumed Silica Reactor, a proprietary technology owned by HPQ being developed for HPQ by PyroGenesis; becoming a producer of silicon-based anode materials for battery applications with the assistance of Novacium SAS, and Novacium SAS is engaged in developing a low carbon, chemical base on demand and high-pressure autonomous hydrogen production system. The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

RE:RE:RE:NEW VIDEO - HPQ Silicon Nano Reactor Ready To Produce Sample

RE:RE:RE:NEW VIDEO - HPQ Silicon Nano Reactor Ready To Produce SampleAbsolutely agree. Especially his body language..."After we send them samples and they like it..they will want to come kick the tires look at our cost structure and we will hear from them much than what we think lol but that's just my humble thoughts lol".

Imho - If they're multi suitors and the offers go multi bid to obscene levels...I'm all for buyout.

Long and strong HPQ!

Around 16:55 Bernard stated that they can increase purity "and we can probably even go to 5N maybe even 6N I know some ways to tweak it to go get 6N not for solar but for other specific application" - That would be awesome incredible..sounds confident. Bet we will hear more on that.

As stated in news release :" the nano reactor go from 150nm to 10-50 nm, wich is a direct application for solid state battery developers. " - this is also incredible.

Very exciting times ahead.

NEW VIDEO - HPQ Silicon Nano Reactor Ready To Produce Samples For 3rd Party Evaluation Imminently
HPQ Silicon Resources $HPQ $HPQFF is a Quebec-based company that is developing high value-added silicon products that are sought after by battery and electric vehicle manufacturers - but nobody has yet delivered - until now.

If that sounds a lot like what other small companies are saying lately, $HPQ differentiates itself as a leader of the pack thanks to the following:

$HPQ has already Received It's First Order for Spherical Nano Silicon Material from Major Automobile Manufacturer

$HPQ has already received signed NDAs from at least 2 battery players

$HPQ secured U.S. Patent for Its PUREVAP™ Quartz Reduction Reactor Technology

The Company recently announced Receipt of U.S. Patent for Its PUREVAP™ Quartz Reduction Reactor Technology

To understand the importance and the implications of this milestone read below:

The US patent covers the PUREVAP™ QRR innovative process, which permits the one-step transformation of quartz (SiO 2 ) into high purity silicon metal (from 99.5% to 99.99% Si) at reduced costs, energy input, and carbon footprint. This game-changing advantage means that the PUREVAP™ QRR process not only produces a higher purity silicon material than traditional processes, but it does not require the extremely pure feedstock needed by conventional processes. In fact, the process only requires 4.5 MT of raw material to make 1 MT of Silicon, versus the 6 MT required by conventional processes, a 25% reduction which potentially allows a 20% cash cost advantage versus the lowest cost traditional Silicon producer . Furthermore, as part of our ongoing strategy of protecting and strengthening the PUREVAP™ Intellectual Property Portfolio, a second patent application, focusing on a new and novel process was filed in 2019 and is presently advancing through the process.

Today the company announced an update on the advancements of the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR”) development project led by technology provider, Pyrogenesis (PYR:TSX) (PYR:Nasdaq)

HPQ CEO Bernard Tourillon commented: “For HPQ NANO, 2021 was the year of “Slow is Smooth & Smooth is Fast”. While it may have taken us longer than we had expected to get here, we are here now, ready to revolutionize nano-silicon materials manufacturing for batteries, a market that is ready to explode”…“While HPQ value proposition is derived from harnessing the potential of our silicon materials innovations, manufacturing and commercializing the silicon and nano Silicon materials needed to offer ESG compliant silicon materials to meet the demand of the up-and-coming renewable energy revolution, we could not be here without PyroGenesis and its technical team depth and experience.”

Sit back and watch this power interview with HPQ CEO Bernard Tourillon.
