Hey uptowndog1:
Based on the trading patterns of the last three days, I think you are dead on in your analysis. I can't think of any other logical explanation. Complete mistrust and cynicism in government actually making the right decision on this permit (and many other public policy issues - See Covid lockdowns as a prime example of stupidity and government overreach). Not just picking on the BC gov here. More than enough examples to go around. 

Additionally, BKM management is putting no effort into pumping this stock's value by telling its incredibly interesting story to the public. And I think we all know that they are deliberately staying below the radar to not rankle the decision makers here. We'll defer to their judgment on that one. It's probably the right call. All to say, makes for a very quiet week on the "buy" side...
