RE:RE:Coex potential spinout Mangoe - You're right I forgot about that.. At this point I think it's only appropriate that the shareholders decide the direction...Roger had his chance... it just made me nervous in that same interview he was talking potential terms of a deal at 10 - 1, I know it wouldn't be 1 for 1 but 10 - 1 is a horrible deal.
