How is Encanto's stock being traded?

How is Encanto's stock being traded?My stock tracker shows shares of Encanto where trade yesterday.  How is this happening with a stock that is halted?   We have $800/ton retail potash and this company is duing nothing to capitalize on this opportunity.  What a joke!
