RE:BHP's offer expires todayThe only thing BHP is doing is returning the tendered shares that they sucked shareholders in for. If they hold any shares following they will use them to play against Wyloo - if Wyloo should get approved by the upcoming vote.  Stay tuned - she's still singing - O YAYA $$$$$ GO NOT GO !-))
