  • Really good news for Condy, hedge it at $47 dollars U.S.

  • Cap production and Pusure 2% decline reductions to improve the value of those $47 dollar hedges. 

  • Let 1010 MMcf of infastructure idle at 40% capacity.

  • Take your 70% Liquids capital generated at Kaka and invest in in Full Cycle Dry gas development at Attachie, leaving your 1/2 cycle liquid production and your 2 billion dollars in infastructure stranded without resource to process.

  • Have a Capex budget that doesn't include the 700 million number one development project Attachie.

  • Post the largest hedging loss in Canadian History in Q4 2021.

You would think i am writting a fairy tale, but this is ARC management.
