excellent news! :<) In the
Nov 23rd News Release announcing the PP this standard boilerplate statement was included:
“In the event that Naturally Splendid receives subscriptions above the maximum, Naturally Splendid will adjust the subscriptions received on a pro-rata basis.” The original amount of the PP was
for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. The Financing has been
oversubscribed by
$270,971.34. I suspect that there are some people
* who did not get the amount of shares they wanted. The amount of the oversubscription is not unlimited – there are rules restricting the amount of the oversubscription.
It will be interesting to see the details of the 2
nd Tranche once the
Form 45-106F1 Report of Exempt Distribution is filed. I will watch for it to be filed and post an update to
