"Heskey will assist Genoil across the entire Caribbean region to source project opportunities where Genoil and partner companies can undertake energy related development and reconstruction work.

According to Genoil, Heskey has developed a list of contacts in Antigua, including Prime Minister Gaston Browne, who has met with the UK Secretary of State about funding reconstruction of their Islands.

The Antiguan government is reported to have recently considered building a small refinery and Genoil says it intends to reopen these discussions."
