RE:Just Like I Predicted...A year in review. This played out exactly like I said it would. EXACTLY. I even called the payoff, I mean salary, Irwin would get for this. Lol. You want to know why the share price is where it is, because Tilray insiders dumped big time through this deal on APHA holders and on the markets. Nothing to do with the shorts. So stop believing this nonsense. Only clowns blames the shorts for everything. The sector is dead without U.S. legalization. Germany is not what people are making it out to be. The Taliban will be happy to supply Europe for peanuts. Only U.S. legalization will get this sector popping again. Cheers.

In total, Tilray’s CEO has received nearly $30 million in total compensation so far in calendar 2021 – almost half of which was paid in cash – a proxy statement filed ahead of the company’s annual meeting on Nov. 22 shows. BudFoxx2020 - (12/18/2020 6:14:08 PM) BudFoxx2020Lol, can this deal stinks even worse. So, APHA is paying premium for Tilray, bail them out and supposedly taking over Tilray. So how does Aphria become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tilray. Lol. And some one was asking about how Privateer (owns 77% of Tilray) factors in to the equation. Everything is related. 62% Privateer Tilray stocks will be unloaded on the back of loyal Apha shareholders. Ouch.
