energy investors are allocating to producers that are ripping right now with this move in oil.
its difficult to get investors to add here right now with so many good short term opportunities in the space elsewhere.
They gotta come up with some strong positive developements soon.
Unfortunately, some of the delays to start generating some real cash are out of their control.
