Largo, located southwest of Salvador, doesn't appear to be impacted this month. More so the first week and last week of December. Their trucking routes? Quite possibly. Their employees? Hopefully not.

On the seeking alpha article, there was a comment on the concern of the capex over the next couple of years.

If you look at one of the appendices in the study, each year is cashflow positive, with quite a buffer given Largo's current cash balance.

No equity raise required as it would be with most other projects.

May take a few quarters for some to realize it, but I think this is a steal at these levels with V prices moving towards $9/lb.

Adding more and waiting patiently.
