Of course we've witnessed the manipulation over the years. But it wouldn't be as possible if the company had something of value. Who's to say this is worth .11 or .80 right now? You can't put a value on the shares of a company that has nothing but dreams and promises. You're basically proving my original point that TA doesn't work on this stock due to various factors.
