P.S. Only 10% if the American workforce is unionized. Also most states in the USA are Right To Work states. All to say even if so-called union "charter rights" we're an issue ( which it is not and made up BS by you) it would only apply to a sliver of the overall market for a breathalyzer. Given that alone, you are 90% wrong. The remaining 10% is reserved for the blind squirrel idiom/idiot.
