RE:RE:You have to be Brain Dead to be appreciated here....I still a have a good holding for ARX, but all my new money is going into other companies that
- CFO is not focused on paying down 2% debt
- Has a share float less than 700 million shares and are more torque.
- Are not engaged is massive share buybacks (Already cleaned up)
- Have all their Growth Capex (3-5%) included in the Capital budget (Not like Attachie)
- Management is dedicated to paying back shareholders substantial dividends (dividends, 40 cents is and insult to shareholders)
- Management is highly invested of their own money and are shareholder aligned. (Not Arx)
- Companies CFO have no current debt focus (1.9 billion + 1.2 billion Risk management)
- They are pursuing 1/2 cycle opportunities (Attachie, Sunrise)
- Focued to fill and utilized 100% of paid for Infastructure.
When the time is right i am looking to sell all my ARC shares, don't get me wrong i have made a lot of money here, but ARC is like 3 years behind TOU in terms of getting it balance sheet fixed, TOU has no net debt, TOU has half the share count as ARC, They have the 2nd best management team in the Industry, they have all the upside TPZ will provide them.
TOU will pay 4-5 dollars in Dividends, and the share price will appreciated 50%, once Arx gets to 16 dollars i don't see much upside unless management comes to their senses.
1.9 debt + 1.5 billion share buyback + Attachie (700 million) + 1.1 billion Risk Management Losses
5.2 billion to clean up before ARC starts to look like TOU, so in 4 years from now you will likely pocket 20 dollars from TOU, and their shares will be way ahead of ARC.
IMHO
