30-Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Highest in 2 Years right nowThe 30-Year Fixed Rate Mortgage is back to December 2019 levels (around 3.50%, crazy 10% MoM growth in Jan '22) - Mortgage Rate is positive correlated with real estate listings (which is good for Ui) and negatively with home price. It is expected to go back to 4% this year. Also iBuying Home Flipping gets more expensive through financing costs.
